📌 Opportunity for Housing Partners

The District of Parry Sound Social Services Administration Board (Parry Sound DSSAB) is seeking qualified partners to help advance new affordable housing opportunities across the District.

The EOI invites submissions from non-profit, Indigenous, municipal, and private-sector housing partners interested in:

• Developing housing on DSSAB-owned land,
• Exploring joint venture or partnership models, or
• Identifying acquisition or turnkey housing opportunities aligned with local housing needs.

This is an important step toward DSSAB’s long-term housing strategy, helping to shape how new partnerships and housing models can strengthen communities across the Parry Sound District.

Submission deadline: November 19, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.
