Specialized Groups

Weekly we offer both an in person and virtual Moms to Moms group. This program is for new moms with infants up to 18 months of age. Workshops such as pregnancy and post-partum pelvic health, infant development, car seat installation and infant dental health are offered on a regular basis. Older children are welcome to attend as well.

Workshops

Free parenting workshops are offered that are designed to strengthen and promote positive adult-child relationships. Parents and caregivers can develop skills to better deal with the joys, challenges, and stresses of being a parent/caregiver.

Parents with a specific concern about their child’s behaviour can book a one to one session with one of our Triple P Practitioners to consult and create a parenting plan that works best for you and your family.
