“Best Start is a comprehensive, evidence-based early learning and care strategy designed to help give Ontario’s children the best possible start in life and help them achieve success in school.”  Best Start is community driven and each community will decide how best to organize and integrate services to meet its population’s needs.

The Parry Sound DSSAB in partnership with a Best Start Network Committee has developed and implemented planning at the local community level by submitting to the Ministry of Children and Youth Services:

3. The Best Start Transition Plan
4. The Best Start Implementation Plan
